Instructor Bio - Dianne Losasso
Dianne Losasso Dianne's passion for dance began at age 13 with formal training in Modern Dance and continued into High School where she studied Classical Ballet and was also a Competative Gymnast. Her desire for dance lessons continued through college and beyond with studies in Modern, Jazz, Tap, Ballet and Belly Dance. Extensive studies followed in many aspects of Middle Eastern Dances. This led to a career as a professional dancer, earning her living entirely from performances for many years in San Francisco and Los Angeles.

In 1989, Dianne began teaching Middle Eastern Dance Arts. Soon after, she became a performing member of the renouned “AVAZ” International Dance Theatre Ensemble in Los Angeles. She expanded her studies to include Salsa, West Coast Swing, Ballroom and Latin Ballroom. In 1998, she returned to Denver and began an extensive teacher’s training program at Karen Lee Dance International and performance training as a member of Karen Lee Dance Theatre. Her studies included training with the internationally famous Argentine Tango performers Carlos Gavito, Julio Balmaceda and Corina de la Rosa, Fernanda Ghi and Guillermo Merlo, Daniel Trenner, Salsa sensation Philippe Polanco and Denver’s top West Coast Swing Champion, Manny Viarrial.

In 2003, Dianne opened her own studio, Dance Fusion International, in Denver offering group classes and private lessons in Swing, West Coast Swing, Salsa, Ballroom, Latin and Belly Dance.
